1. SCHOOLS GENERALLY CLOSED AFTER COMPLETION OF ACADEMIC PROGRAMME BEFORE SUMMER.
2. SCHOOLS WILL BE REOPENED AFTER COMPLETION OF SUMMER AS PER SCHEDULE OF THE MANAGEMENT.
3. STUDENTS ENTER IN TO NEXT HIGHER CLASS ON THE DAY OF THE RE-OPENING DAY.
4. THERE WILL BE A PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CHANGE IN THE STUDENT.
5. HE/SHE COMES TO SCHOOL WITH MORE CONFIDENCE TO LEARN NEW CONCEPTS IN THE UPPER CLASS.
6. TO MAKE THE SUCCESS OF THE STUDENTS CONFIDENCE LEVELS,THE ROLE OF THE FOLLOWING GROUPS IS BADLY NEEDED.
7. PARENTS,MANAGEMENT AND TEACHERS.
8. PARENTS:-
Parents must prepare the wards to attend the school on the day of the reopening positively.Be positive in providing all the books ,note books,other writting material and school uniform in full shape.
MANAGEMENT :-
Management should and must plan the faculty to start imparting education from the every beginning of the re-opening day.Check the accommodation well in advance.Provide every facility as planned by you and as well as desired by the parents and students.every possible step must be taken to create the atmosphere of TEACHING AND LEARNING .Sure to have time table by the teacher and student.
TEACHERS:-
Teacher is main attraction to the student.Thousands of miles of journey starts with single and first step only.So every teacher should start imparting education from the beginning of the first day it self.It may be revision,base line test and fundamental concepts.Motivate each every student to know the importance of education.Prepare the student to love the education.Encourage them to ask the questions on the content.let the students be without single doubt.Start the lesson from known to unknown,simple to complex,easy to hard.Smiling should be the teachers ornament to attract the student towards learning environment.First day should be a festival to the students.Every day will be the learning festival to each and every student.
