1.GET-TOGETHER MEANS MEETING AT  ONE PLACE BY ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS FREELY AND COMFORTABLY...


2. LEADER/ORGANISOR SHOULD  GATHER ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS TO MEET AT PERTICULAR PLACE AND SPECIFIC TIME .


3.THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY WORK PRESSURE/LOAD IN THE GET -TOGETHER MEETING.


4. IT MUST BE JOYFUL/RECREATIVE/ENJOYABLE  NATURE AND NOT EXPENSIVE.

5. IT MUST BE YEARLY ONCE OR TWICE.


6. IT MUST INCLUDE THE ALL THE FAMILY MEMBERS with out fail.


7.IT SHOULD PROVIDfE BREAK FAST,LUNCH,SNAKS(in full shape with sufficient items),ENTERTAINMENT,FUNGAMES AND LIGHT GAMES.


8.IT MUST MIX THE PARTICIPANTS LIKE FRIENDS,FAMILY MEMBERS.


9.THERE MUST BE INTRODUCTION OF EACH MEMBER AND INTERACTION OF EACH MEMBER WITH OTHER MEMBERS FREELY BY EXCHANGING VIEWS WHAT EVER THEY WANT.

10.BENEFITS:-

A) DEVELOPMENT OF TEAM WORK.

B) IMPROVEMENT IN COMMUNICATION WITH ALL MEMBERS.

C) DEVELOPMENT OF UNDERSTANDING CAPACITY BY  ALL.

E) CO-OPERATION IN ANY ASPECT IN CONNECTION WITH ANY EMERGENCY.

F)NATURALLY /AUTOMATICALLY THE TEAM WORK/GROUP RESPONSIBILITY WIIL BE INITIATED IN THE STAFF MEMBERS.

G)THE TEACHING /LEARNING ACTIVITIES WIILL BE HIGHER DEGREE.
