 Teaching profession is noble profession. His/Her services can originally reflect on the day of retirement function. His/Her services can be audited by the old student,colleagues,officials, non officials and other participants. His/Her guidance can be adapted by his followers/new generationstudents) who are entering into teaching field. Teaching methods only guidance to the teacher.
