Role of the teachers in view of Mr. Narayana Mantapuri, National Awardee.
Teacher is a model to the society.
He should appear in good dress.
He should have good subject content,creativity,dedication in nature.
Student is the center of attraction to the teacher.Teacher should think that every student in the class is his own child.
The teacher should teach the content from known to unknown,simple to complex.He should explain to concepts by giving examples from daily life .
Teacher should study the psychology of his student,family background ,social status,economical condition and health conditions.
Call the student always by name affectionately.motivate the student to learn for his own development,which leads to the national development,national integration.
Teacher knows the time management ,time table,discipline,punctuality,dos and don'ts.
He should inject the concepts accordingly. in the young blood of the new generation/future generation.
As soon as teacher enter the class room,teacher should motivate,recapitulate,and present the lesson in a pleasant manner.
Remember your favorite ,beloved ,best teacher and try to imitate that teacher in the your teaching profession.
